Generally speaking, one cup of fruits or vegetables should be used for every three cups of vodka. On the other hand, a 2-to-3 ratio would be ideal for entire herbs and spices. (For instance, use three cups of vodka for every two sticks of cinnamon or rosemary sprigs.


Start by giving your glass container a thorough cleaning with hot water and soap.
